Our Leadership

Manfret Omar Roesner immigrated to the United States from Mexico at the tender age of 13 and had to quickly learn a new language and assimilate to a different culture. As a first generation immigrant, he understands and identifies with the needs of Hispanic home buyers in today’s complex market.
Manfret started his career in 2001 as a realtor and sold over 200 homes. Although he was successful as a realtor, during the housing crash of 2008, he found himself struggling to close deals like many others who were in the real estate industry at that time. However, it was also during this difficult time that Manfret had an epiphany that in order to be a trusted advisor, he needed to help Hispanic buyers better understand finance and credit as they navigated the home buying process. He made it his mission to serve his beloved community through improved and detailed education regarding personal finance. Since becoming a lender in 2011, Manfret and his team have originated more than 1000 mortgage loans.
In 2019, Manfret was recognized nationally as a Top 1% Loan Originator by MPA and a NAHREP Top Loan Originator by volume & units. He is currently the President of Rely Home Loans and his mission is to start developing the next generation of loan officers. He loves this business and is grateful for the life changing wealth and opportunities it offers. He feels privileged to have joined this great industry and would like to pay it forward by creating the same opportunities for others.
Manfret has been happily married for 27 years to his wife Khamphay. They are the proud parents of two sons: Xetric and Ronaldo; and puppy parents to a Frenchie named Louis. The Roesner family reside in South Jordan and St. George, Utah.
