in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. Growing up in a foreign environment, Khamphay developed resilience
and a strong work ethic, which would later define her professional journey. With a career spanning over
fifteen years, Khamphay's journey began as a Mortgage Loan Officer, where her dedication and
expertise quickly led to success in loan origination.
Recognizing her passion for fostering growth in others, Khamphay transitioned to the role of Branch
Manager. In this capacity, she not only expanded her own business but also dedicated herself to
mentoring aspiring mortgage professionals. This commitment to mentorship culminated in her decision
to focus entirely on supporting the next generation of Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors,
Underwriters, and other industry roles.
